Parents are the Russian economics Tatyana Semenovich, and Gregory T. the Director of the Fur Company. In her early years, she became down ill, and after spending six months in the hospital after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The skating skills he developed with co-pilot Denis Samokhin made him famous. Together, they competed for two Junior World Championships and placed 7th in both 1993 and 1994. The year 1994 saw her briefly partnered together with Maxim Kachanov. They were ranked 5th at the Goodwill Games. She then team up with Vladimir Fedorov. The partnership was equally successful in that they were awarded the Finlandia Trophy twice and also participated at the Grand Prix of Figure Skating. They achieved more together than they did individually, however their greatest achievement was placing 15th in 1998's World Championships.
